Dinner Features July 19


Basil Bistro Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in a garlic lemon wine sauce, layered with garlic bread, roasted red peppers, aged goat cheese and fresh basil surrounded with a roasted red pepper demi glace and served with fresh asparagus

Granola Crusted Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a granola crust in a lemon marsala sauce, served over rice pilaf and topped with a chilled apple onion salad  

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled with Montréal seasonings and presented over asiago smashed potatoes, finished with burgundy seared portobello mushrooms  

Shrimp Piccata
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, artichoke hearts and capers in a light garlic lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Scallop & Crabmeat Stir Fry
Deep sea scallops and surimi crabmeat sautéed with shiitake mushrooms and a medley of garden vegetables in a light sesame orange stir fry sauce, served over rice and dusted with sesame seeds

Rosemary Grilled Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak grilled to order served with rosemary garlic braised cabbage over summer squash and red sweet peppers, with a side of wild rice  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
