Dinner Features July 7


Buffalo Chicken
Boneless panko crusted chicken breast sautéed with celery and carrots, presented with bacon bleu cheese mashed potatoes and creamy wing sauce  

Chicken Bruschetta Salad
Boneless grilled chicken breast served over mixed greens with fresh mozzarella, vine ripe tomatoes and strawberry balsamic dressing

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin Cajun seasoned and char grilled presented with lime roasted corn, black beans and scallions topped with avocado and bleu cheese butter, served with mashed potatoes   

Lemon Caper Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with lemon caper pasta and grilled summer squash

Scallops Almondine
Deep sea scallops pan seared with spinach, pasta and sun dried tomatoes tossed with almond brown butter and asiago cheese

California Sea Bass
Fresh sea bass jerk seasoned and pan seared, presented with warmed quinoa pilaf and topped with tomato rosemary salsa

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
