Dinner Features July 30

Jalapeño Lime Chicken
Boneless chicken breast marinated and char grilled, topped with a jalapeño lime salsa and an  avocado sour cream, served with wild rice and southwest black beans and corn   

Sun Dried Tomato Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, fresh spinach, onions and garlic in a sun dried tomato white wine pan sauce, served over pasta and finished with parmesan cheese

Bleu Cheese Herb Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to order, topped with bleu cheese herb butter, served with asparagus spears and a twice baked potato

Blue Moon Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with bacon and garlic in a Blue Moon Belgian White pan sauce, served with asiago herb mashed potatoes  

Apple Pecan Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with toasted pecans and sautéed empire apples in an apple cider reduction, served with a side of wild rice  

Mango Citrus Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet broiled in citrus butter and topped with a mango reduction, served with steamed broccoli over rice pilaf

Sole Florentine
Fresh seasoned and broiled sole fish stuffed with spinach and asiago cheese, topped with herb hollandaise and presented over asparagus spears  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
