Dinner Features for 13th July 2016


West Coast Chicken Boneless chicken breast pan seared with portobello mushrooms, tomatoes, artichoke hearts and spinach in a
burgundy demi glace over pasta.  



Taco Pizza Seasoned ground beef, salsa, tomatoes, scallions, jalapenos and cheddar cheese pizza  



Normandy Chicken Sautéed chicken breast with apples,
summer squash and spinach in a garlic sherry wine sauce over rice.



Texas Seasoned Stockyard Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin seasoned with a spicy dry rub and char grilled, topped with sautéed onions and a blue cheese basil butter with roasted red pepper smashed potatoes.



Farmer’s Market Shrimp Salad Grilled shrimp skewers over field greens with vine ripe tomatoes, aged goat cheese, mango, pecans, craisins and onions with your choice of dressing.



Tiger Shrimp a la Romano Shrimp and surimi crabmeat sautéed with mushrooms, artichoke hearts, olives and broccoli in a light garlic
white wine sauce tossed with pasta.    



Scallops Italian Deep sea scallops sautéed with tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, onions in a fresh basil garlic white wine marinara sauce over pasta.



Pan-seared Sockeye Salmon Pan seared Sockeye salmon topped with a basil black bean mango salsa, presented with asparagus spears and a side of rice.  



Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
