Dinner Features July 14

Italian Chicken
Boneless herb crusted chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, broccoli, sun dried tomatoes, olives and scallions in a garlic butter sauce, served with roasted red pepper mashed potatoes   

Santa Fe Salad
Garlic and jalapeño marinated chicken breast served over mixed greens with cheddar cheese, roasted red peppers, corn, and avocado served with a salsa ranch dressing

Burgundy Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled, served with a burgundy demi glace and goat cheese, presented with a sauté of mushrooms and artichokes and a twice baked potato  

Seafood Primavera
Jumbo shrimp and surimi crabmeat sautéed with tomatoes and onions, tossed with pasta and a lemon herb wine sauce, finished with asiago cheese

Pecan Apple Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with pecans, apples, wild mushrooms and scallions served over rice pilaf with sauce béarnaise

Char Grilled Sockeye Salmon
Fresh sockeye salmon char grilled and served with a mango black bean corn relish and sautéed spinach  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
