Dinner Specials 3rd July

BBQ Chicken Breast Panko crusted pan fried chicken breast, pulled pork, scallions and tomatoes with mashed potatoes, drizzled with a Guinness BBQ and queso blano.   

Stuffed Buffalo Chicken Breast Breaded chicken breast stuffed with blue cheese, topped with a buffalo sauce, bacon and scallions served with skillet potatoes.

Montreal Stockyard Steak Char-grilled Montreal seasoned Angus Reserve Stockyard with sherry caramelized apples and onions served with a twice baked potatoes and asiago cheese.  

Asian Tiger Shrimp Jumbo shrimp sautéed and panko crusted, served with sweet peppers, broccoli, rice and an Asian slaw.      

Rosemary Sea Scallops Pan seared Sea Scallops with mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and spinach tossed with pasta in a rosemary butter sauce.    

California Sea Bass Fresh Sea Bass pan seared with quinoa salad of pineapple, onions, greens, roasted red peppers, pecans and avocado with a strawberry vinaigrette

Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
