Stuffed Chicken                           

Stuffed chicken with asiago cheese, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes and scallions herb crusted and baked served with roasted red pepper cream sauce and asparagus spears.

Grilled Chicken Salad                                                                                                    

Grilled chicken breast over mixed greens with cherry tomatoes, cantaloupe, shaved onions, aged goat cheese, and avocado served with honey lime vinaigrette.


Seasoned and grilled smothered with sautéed onions and bacon with Scotch Ale bbq sauce and mashed potatoes.   

Thai Shrimp                                                                                                                 

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with garlic, cabbage and vegetable medley with a spicy peanut soy broth.

Scallops Du Chef                                                                                              

Jerked scallops broiled over pasta with sofrito, Kale and chorizo.

Pan Seared Fish                                                                                            

Barramundi or Sea Bass seared in lemon butter with zuchini, artichokes and capers presented over rice pilaf with sherry pan sauce.   

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                         

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter

Ellicottville Stainless Steel IPA- A complex hop profile with a resiny bitterness and 7% alc.

Genesee Brew House IPA- A traditional IPA with a caramel malt profile, loaded with hops for an intense but balanced flavor.

Rohrbach Red Wing Red Ale- Specially brewed for the Rochester Red Wings, this beer is considered to be a lightly hopped, American Amber Ale that highlights the caramel malts used in the brewing process.
