Dinner Features July 9

Chicken Sausage Marinara
Boneless chicken breast and Italian sausage sautéed with mushrooms, onions, sweet peppers and fresh basil in a white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese   

Apple Cranberry Chicken Salad
Boneless grilled chicken breast served over mixed greens with apples, dried cranberries, pecans, red onion and goat cheese tossed in apple honey vinaigrette

Barbeque Bacon Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin barbeque rubbed and char grilled, topped with barbeque bacon and crumbly bleu cheese, served with a twice baked potato    

Southwest Shrimp Salad
Jumbo shrimp seared with Cajun spices and served over mixed greens with avocado, black beans, corn, tomatoes, red onions and sweet peppers tossed in Cajun lime dressing

Pineapple Mango Scallops
Deep sea citrus broiled scallops presented over pineapple mango chutney, topped with toasted pecans and served with wild rice  

Mediterranean Sea Bass
Fresh sea bass seasoned and pan seared with spinach, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes and fresh garlic in a sherry pan sauce, served over orzo pasta and finished with feta cheese  

Pan Seared Sockeye Salmon
Fresh sockeye salmon pan seared and finished with a rosemary hollandaise sauce, served over asparagus spears with wild rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
