Dinner specials 1st July 2016

Guinness BBQ Beef Stockyard Seasoned and grilled 10oz beef stockyard presented with sautéed onions and bacon, served with cheddar mashed potato and a Guinness bbq glaze.

Chicken Cacciatore Pan seared chicken breast with peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and pasta tossed with a white wine herb marinara and asiago cheese.

Orange Sesame Chicken Seared chicken breast over a cabbage salad with pecans, sweet peppers, sesame seeds, pineapple and onions, with an orange sesame vinaigrette.

Tiger Shrimp Risotto Sautéed Tiger shrimp, fresh spinach, wild mushrooms and garlic with a parmesan quinoa risotto.


Vegetable Medley Sea Scallops Sea Scallops pan seared with a vegetable medley and pasta tossed in a rosemary brown butter.   

California Sea Bass Sea Bass char grilled with a light cajun crust served with avocado and a grilled pineapple salsa over rice.  

Sockeye Salmon Pan-seared Sockeye Salmon with roasted potatoes, corn and red peppers, finished with a lemon caper cream.

Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter 

Fish Fry Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
