Dinner Features July 2


Stuffed Buffalo Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a panko crust and stuffed with bleu cheese, tossed in buffalo sauce and presented over bacon bleu macaroni and cheese

Chicken Quinoa Salad
Boneless chicken breast herb marinated and char grilled, presented over fresh mixed greens with quinoa, tomatoes, avocados, red onions and feta cheese, served with herb vinaigrette

Red Wing Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with Red Wing Ale caramelized mushrooms and onions, served with bacon cheddar herb mashed potatoes

Maple Glazed Sockeye Salmon
Fresh Sockeye salmon broiled with a maple glaze and finished with toasted pecans, presented over sautéed baby spinach

Pineapple Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with Jamaican spices, fresh pineapple, red bell peppers, red onion, spinach and scallions in a white wine citrus pan sauce, presented over rice pilaf      

Herb Crusted Scallops
Deep sea herb crusted scallops pan seared with artichoke hearts, olives, tomatoes and fresh spinach in a white wine pan sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago and parmesan    

Lemon Caper Sea Bass
Fresh sea bass pan seared with tomatoes, basil, fresh garlic and capers in a lemon sherry wine sauce, presented over rice pilaf and served with asparagus spears

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
