Dinner Features June 17


Chicken Puttanesca
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with capers, shallots and tomatoes, with pasta and a white wine tomato sauce, finished with asiago cheese

Cajun Chicken Salad
Cajun seared chicken breast presented over mixed green with strawberries, cheddar cheese, corn, black beans and onions, served with a salsa ranch dressing

Grilled Stockyard Steak
House seasoned Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled to order, served with a mushroom demi-glace and cheddar mashed potato   

Rosemary Shrimp
Jumbo pan seared shrimp presented with roasted red pepper mango gazpacho and mixed greens, finished with goat cheese  

Apple Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with apples, mushrooms and scallions, served with pecan brown butter gnocchi

Pan Fried Barramundi
Fresh Barramundi filet pan fried and topped with pico de gallo, served with wild rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
