Dinner Features July 21

Santa Fe Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with cajun spices, served with cheddar bacon mashed potatoes and warmed black bean lime salsa and sour cream

Herb Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a pecan herb crust, served with wild rice and mango cucumber salsa

Stockyard Salad
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to order, presented over fresh mixed greens with roasted red peppers, onions, walnuts, bacon and honeydew served with a honey lime vinaigrette and aged goat cheese   

Shrimp Choron
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with sweet peppers and peas, tossed with pasta and sauce choron

Scallop Vegetali
Deep sea scallops pan seared with a vegetable medley and fresh rosemary served with pasta and a roasted red pepper marinara sauce, finished with asiago cheese  

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi pan seared with a garlic herb crust, presented with sautéed spinach and pico de gallo   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
