Dinner Specials 6th July

Ginger Orange Sesame Chicken Salad Marinated and grilled chicken breast over mixed greens with vine ripened tomatoes, avocado, craisins, broccoli and Bermuda onions, served with a strawberry basil dressing.

Chicken Piccata Sautéed chicken breast with mushrooms, artichokes hearts, capers and spinach in a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce over pasta dusted with asiago cheese.

Grilled Stockyard Steak Portobello Angus Reserve beef Stockyard sirloin char grilled to perfection over garlic bread, topped with a portobello blue cheese basil butter served with a twice baked potato.  

Summer Shrimp Vegetable Medley Jumbo shrimp sautéed with summer squash, zucchini, broccoli, sun-dried and cherry tomatoes, tossed with pasta garlic and white wine topped with parmesan cheese.  

Sea Scallops Angelina Broiled Sea Scallops with tomatoes and garlic in a lemon marsala wine sauce topped with melted mozzarella and served with a side of rice.   

California Sea Bass  Pan seared Sea Bass over fresh asparagus topped with a chilled balsamic rosemary tomato cucumber relish and served with a side of citrus quinoa. 

Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
