Vegetable Lasagna 
This vegetarian lasagna is made with pasta, fresh vegetables, tofu and marinara sauce, served with a salad.



Pan Seared Bourbon Street Chicken            

Pan seared herb crust chicken topped with a chorizo black bean relish served over rice pilaf.  



BBQ Sesame Orange Grilled Shrimp Salad

Marinated grilled shrimp skewer over greens with tomatoes, mangos, pineapples, pecans, broccoli, onions and aged goat cheese with choice of dressing.



Grilled Stockyard Steak  

Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled to order with Marsala mushroom and onion sauce served with a twice baked potato.



Shrimp Basil and Pasta 
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with portobell0 mushrooms, asparagus, sundried tomatoes and fresh basil in a light hollandaise sauce over pasta.



Scallops and Crabmeat Rockefeller over Rice  

Deep sea scallops sautéed with crab meat (surimi), fresh spinach, mushrooms and onions in a sherry cream sauce over rice.





Fresh Broiled Stuffed Sole over Asparagus

Fresh filet of Sole broiled in lemon and white wine pecan butter stuffed with apple basil zucchini over fresh asparagus topped with a mango sauce with a side of wild rice.



Fresh Broiled Haddock  
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.



Dessert Features: 

Homemade baklava or rice pudding, Oreo Cake, chocolate cake, Toll house cookie pie, Key Lime pie, apple pie, assorted cream pies; to name a few.

Genesee Brew House IPA- A traditional IPA with a caramel malt profile, loaded with hops for an intense but balanced flavor



Brooklyn Summer Ale- A refreshing, flavorful pale ale with a bright, floral aroma, available in 16oz cans
