Dinner Features August 4


Curry Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with broccoli, sweet peppers and wild mushrooms served over rice with curry wine sauce

Grilled Chicken Plate
Lemon basil marinated chicken breast served with roasted tomatoes and asparagus with rice and goat cheese  

Grilled Stockyard Steak 
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled to order, topped with sautéed jalapeño, onions and bacon served with cheddar mashed potatoes and a bbq sauce.   

Shrimp Toscana
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with sun dried tomatoes, capers, spinach and scallions with pasta and herb butter sauce

Sea Scallops Scampi
Deep sea scallops seared with asparagus and tomato with spaghetti and garlic butter sauce, finished with asiago cheese

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Pan seared Mahi Mahi served over mixed greens, sriracha glazed pecans, onions, carrots and pineapple drizzled with strawberry mango dressing and sesame seeds

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
