Boneless chicken breast sautéed and tossed with pasta with mushroom demi-glace and asparagus

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with braised kale, fresh herbs, lemon and artichoke with pasta, white wine butter and goat cheese 

Steak Au Poivre
Grilled 10 ounce New York Strip steak with sherry peppercorn cream sauce, grilled asparagus and parmesan mashed potatoes 

Apple Chorizo Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with chorizo sausage, apples, onions, tomatoes and black beans with rice pilaf and spicy garlic broth  

Scallops Oscar
Deep Sea Scallops pan seared with sweet peas and surimi crabmeat with rice and béarnaise 

Curry Ahi Tuna
Ahi tuna pan seared with spicy curry crust, broccoli, garlic and carrots with rice and cool tahini crème fraiche

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
