Dinner Sepcials August 6th



Appetizers:
Teriyaki Shrimp Skewer   
Teriyaki shrimp skewer char grilled and finished with avocado aioli served over Asian slaw.



Hidden Rabbit Beer Cheese 

Creamy Hidden Rabbit beer five cheese sauce served with house made tortilla chips for dipping.



Entrees:

Strawberry Avocado Chicken Salad 

Boneless chicken breast char grilled over fresh spinach with strawberries, avocado, pecans, red onion and goat cheese.



Guinness Stockyard Steak  

Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled to order, topped with Guinness infused caramelized onions and served with bacon horseradish mashed potatoes.   

    

Zuchini Herb Chicken 

Pan seared herb seasoned chicken in a white marinara sauce tossed with fresh basil, onions, and garlic over zucchini noodles.



Bacon Basil Sea Scallops   
Deep sea scallops pan seared with bacon, basil, tomatoes, and garlic in a white wine pan sauce served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese.



Pineapple Mango Mahi Mahi 

Broiled Mahi Mahi with citrus butter and white wine topped with fresh pineapple mango salsa served over rice pilaf.



Fresh Broiled Haddock 

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.
