Dinner Features August 13


Firecracker Chicken
Boneless battered chicken breast pan fried in a buffalo Asian sauce with broccoli, presented over rice pilaf and finished with sesame seeds

Apple Walnut Chicken Salad
Boneless char grilled chicken breast presented over mixed greens with apples, walnuts, grapes and goat cheese tossed in herb vinaigrette    

Montréal Grilled Stockyard
 Angus reserve stockyard sirloin char grilled with Montréal seasonings, topped with sautéed mushrooms and onion and finished with a balsamic glaze, served with a twice baked potato

Orange Pineapple Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed in a white wine pan sauce and topped with an orange pineapple relish, presented over wild rice  

Mango Mint Swordfish
Fresh swordfish seasoned and char grilled, topped with a fresh mango mint salsa and served over wild rice 

Lemon Basil Scallops
Deep Sea Scallops pan seared with mushrooms, tomatoes and fresh garlic in a white wine lemon basil pan sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese    

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
