Dinner Features August 7


Appetizers:
BBQ Shrimp
marinated with bbq and teriyaki presented with greens and tropical salsa

Hidden Rabbit Nachos
Shredded chicken, tomatoes, scallions, jalapenos and Hidden Rabbit beer cheese sauce over bed of fried tortillas

Entrees:
Grilled Stockyard
Seasoned Char grilled steak served over bacon horseradish mashed potato, with beer cheese and scallions

Mediterranean Chicken Salad
Herb crusted chicken nested on mixed greens with marinated feta cheese, walnut and pecan crusted goat cheese, pepperoncini, olives and tomato. 

Shrimp Scampi
Pan seared shrimp with herbs, onions, and stewed tomato. Served over pasta with garlic butter

Scallops Salad
Seared scallops with fresh strawberries, sriracha glazed pecans, onions, goat cheese, drizzled with avocado lime dressing

Broiled Mahi Mahi
Broiled with wine and citrus, served over rice with black bean corn relish and fresh avocado 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
