Dinner Features August 15th


Vegetable Lasagna

This vegetarian lasagna is made with pasta, fresh vegetables, tofu and marinara sauce, served with a salad.



Pan Seared Herb Crusted Chicken with Mango Salsa

Pan seared herb crust chicken in a lemon white wine sauce served over rice with a fresh mango basil citrus salsa.



Chicken Monte Carlo over Pasta   

Sautéed chicken breast with tomatoes, zucchini, artichoke hearts and Italian sausage in a zesty garlic sherry wine sauce over pasta .



Montreal Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled to order with a mushroom onion Dijon sauce served with a twice baked potato.



Spicy Sesame Orange Shrimp and Crabmeat Stir fry 

Jumbo shrimp and crab (surimi) sautéed with stir fry vegetables in a spicy sesame orange sauce served over rice.



Garlic Seafood over Pasta 

Deep sea scallops sautéed with chopped clams, baby shrimp and lump crab meat in a garlic white wine broth served over pasta and dusted with asiago cheese.





Grilled Seasoned Swordfish over Fresh Asparagus 

Fresh swordfish grilled and topped with tarragon caper cream sauce served over fresh asparagus and served with a side of wild rice.



Fresh Broiled Haddock  
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.
