Herb Crust Chicken with Rice   

Pan seared herb crust chicken in a lemon sherry wine sauce served over rice finished with caramelized onions and cheese curds

BBQ Soy Grilled Shrimp Salad  

Grilled shrimp skewer over greens with tomatoes, pineapples, broccoli, strawberries, spicy candied pecans and strawberry basil dressing and aged goat cheese

            Grilled Sirloin Medallions 
 Montreal seasoned char grilled sirloin medallions topped with sautéed mushrooms then finished with a pecan butter served with a twice baked potato

 Shrimp Italian over Pasta 

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, peppers, onions and tomatoes tossed in a garlic marinara sauce over pasta with asiago cheese

Scallops Angelina with Rice 

Fresh deep sea scallops broiled with tomatoes and butter marsala wine topped with mozzarella cheese served with a side of rice

Fresh Broiled Stuffed Mahi Mahi over Asparagus  

Fresh mahi filet stuffed with spinach, crab (surimi) sundried tomatoes and artichoke hearts broiled in lemon and white wine served over fresh asparagus topped with pineapple corn salsa with a side of rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock 

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
