Dinner Features for Tuesday September 3rd

Potato Crusted Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with a potato crust served with a horseradish Dijon cream sauce and asparagus spears

Pesto Scallops
Dry packed deep scallops pan seared with caramelized onions and asiago cheese in a pesto sauce, tossed with orzo pasta

Mediterranean Shrimp
Grilled black tiger jumbo shrimp with sautéed spinach, sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese served over wild rice

Southwest Stockyard Sirloin
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with tex-mex seasonings, served with spicy corn and a black bean salsa accompanied by a twice baked potato  

Chicken Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms and peas tossed with pasta in a creamy garlic parmesan sauce

         Fresh Broiled Haddock
