Dinner Features September 12


Entrees:
Salsa Con Queso Chicken                                                      
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms and onions tossed in a salsa con queso over pasta.

Chicken Quesadilla                                                                                                        
Grilled chicken breast, broccoli and cheddar Quesadilla with a cucumber and tomato salad.

Grilled Beef Medallions                                                                                              
Twin 3oz beef sirloin medallions char grilled to order, served over a black bean relish rice, topped with sautéed peppers and onions.

Catch of the Day                                                                                
Fresh ahi tuna steak char grilled to order over field greens with mushrooms, artichokes and feta cheese, topped with your choice of dressing.

Lemon Caper Scallops                                                                         
Dry packed deep scallops pan seared with artichoke hearts and capers, tossed in a white wine sauce over pasta.

Burgundy Shrimp                                                                                    
Sautéed Black tiger jumbo shrimp with fresh asparagus, sun-dried tomatoes in a red wine burgundy marinara sauce, over rice pilaf.

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                                         
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
