Dinner Features for Wednesday September 11th

Polenta Caprese Salad
A crispy pan seared polenta cake topped with fresh mozzarella cheese and tomatoes, drizzled with balsamic glaze and finished with fresh basil

Boneless chicken breast pan seared in a sweet and spicy barbeque sauce with potatoes, corn and scallions

Beef sirloin medallions char grilled to order and served over fresh greens tossed in balsamic vinaigrette with wedges of grilled tomato, red onions, mushrooms and blue cheese

Fresh ahi tuna steak char grilled to order and topped with a Guinness® stout glaze and crispy scallions, served with sautéed spinach and mashed potatoes

Dry packed deep scallops pan seared with Italian sausage, peppers, onions and garlic in a marinara pan sauce tossed with pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with broccoli and mushrooms in a sweet soy sauce, served over rice pilaf
