Dinner Features for Wednesday September 4th


Appetizer:
Stuffed Cabbage Roll:
A stuffed cabbage roll filled with wild rice, ground beef and caramelized onions, topped with marinara

Entrees:
Barbeque Cheddar Chicken Pot Pie
Boneless diced chicken breast, potatoes, corn, bell peppers and onions baked in a barbeque cheddar sauce, served with a dinner salad

Chicken Quesadilla
Boneless chicken breast, cheddar cheese, sautéed peppers and onions in a grilled flour tortilla with salsa and sour cream on the side, served with bacon ranch pasta salad

Rosemary Stockyard Sirloin
Char grilled beef stockyard sirloin topped with a rosemary white wine sauce, served with a twice baked potato  

Cajun Salmon Salad
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with Cajun spices, served over fresh mixed greens with tomatoes, mushrooms, artichokes and feta cheese served with your choice of dressing  

Bacon Wrapped Scallop
Dry packed deep sea scallops wrapped in bacon and pan seared, served over rice pilaf  

Shrimp Vegetali
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with zucchini, red onion and roasted red peppers in a V8® broth, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
