Dinner Features for Saturday September 14th


Primavera Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with carrots, sweet peas, onions and garlic tossed in pasta with a creamy white wine sauce

Shrimp Balsamic Salad
Black tiger jumbo shrimp grilled and presented over fresh greens tossed in balsamic vinaigrette with tomato wedges, red onions, mushrooms and blue cheese crumbles

Harvest Stockyard Steak
Beef stockyard sirloin char grilled to order and topped with apples and walnut goat cheese melted over top, served with a side of pumpkin mashed potatoes

Guinness® Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak pan seared to order and topped with a Guinness® stout glaze and crispy shallots, served with sautéed spinach and mashed potatoes

Mahi Mahi Tropicale
Fresh Mahi Mahi filet grilled with Jamaican spices, served with mango salsa and a spicy mango coulis presented over rice with sautéed peppers and onions

Pollo Aglio E Olio
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with garlic, olive oil, red pepper flakes and fresh basil tossed with pasta and finished with parmesan cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
