Dinner Features September 19


Entrees:
Tarragon-Sherry Mahi                                                                                                                                   
Grilled Mahi filet with a tarragon-sherry cream sauce over asparagus mashed potatoes , topped with crispy shallots.

         Autumn Sea Scallops                                                                                                           
Sautéed sea scallops with apples and walnuts in a pumpkin, butternut squash sauce, tossed with housemade potato gnocchi.  

Shrimp & Broccoli              
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared in a soy, garlic, ginger sauce with broccoli, mushrooms and onions over rice.  

Burgundy Beef Stockyard  
Grilled Beef stockyard sirloin steak, sautéed spinach and mashed potatoes topped with a red wine mushroom sauce . 

 
Chicken Vodka                                                                                                                                         
Pan seared chicken breast with mushrooms and artichokes tossed in pasta with a
housemade vodka cream sauce, sprinkled with parmesan cheese.

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                                                          
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
