Dinner Features for Tuesday September 24th


Brandy Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with wild mushrooms and scallions, served with risotto and finished with a brandy butter sauce   

Lemon Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with artichokes, roasted red peppers, spinach and garlic in a lemon white wine sauce, served with pasta and finished with asiago cheese    

Mushroom Sherry Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin char grilled to order, topped with mushroom sherry wine sauce and served with mashed potatoes and asparagus

Grilled Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak char grilled to order and topped with a spicy tomato caramelized onion compote, served with wild rice and sautéed spinach    

Pecan Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a pecan crust, topped with an apple gravy sauce and serve d with butternut mashed potatoes

Harvest Pork Chops
Pork chops pan seared with fresh thyme and served with roasted potatoes, carrots and parsnips, topped with a garlic apple cranberry sauce  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
