Dinner Feature Thursday September 5


Appetizer:
Housemade Nachos:                      
Housemade tortilla chips topped with salsa con queso, chili and diced tomatoes served with a side of sour cream.

Entrees:
Beaujolais  Chicken                                                                                                             
Sautéed chicken breast with bacon, mushrooms and garlic in a red wine Beaujolais sauce over a bed of fresh sautéed spinach.

Asiago Ranch Chicken                                                      
Grilled chicken breast, asiago cheese, ranch dressing and bacon on a hard roll with lettuce,
tomato and a side of beer battered fries. 

Cajun Stockyard Sirloin                                                                                                                           
Grilled Cajun seasoned beef stockyard sirloin served with a side of cheddar mashed potatoes.    

Potato Crusted Salmon                                                                            
Potato crusted salmon filet pan seared in a basil pesto cream sauce over pasta. 

Sea Scallop Salad                                   
Pan-seared deep sea scallops, tomatoes, red onions, mushrooms and feta cheese over fresh field greens with your choice of dressing.  

Vegetable Shrimp Marinara                                           
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with zucchini, sun-dried tomatoes and mushrooms, tossed in a marinara sauce and served over pasta.

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                    
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
