Dinner Features for Wednesday January 8th




Appetizer:
Bacon Wrapped Barbeque Meatloaf
Bite size meatloaf balls drizzled with Sweet Baby Ray’s ® barbeque sauce and served over mashed potatoes, six per order
Panini Feature:
Cajun Chicken Panini
Cajun grilled chicken breast pressed on focaccia bread with Monterey jack cheese, tomatoes, red onions and an avocado ranch mayonnaise served with sweet potato fries

Entrees:
Shishkabob
Marinated Beef Tenderloin with peppers, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms grilled to order and served over rice pilaf with a Greek salad

Sherry Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with asparagus, artichokes, mushrooms and garlic in a sherry cream sauce, tossed with pasta

Bistro Mixed Grill
3 oz. sirloin medallion char grilled, served with sautéed spinach and balsamic onions, paired with a petite grilled ahi tuna served over mashed potatoes and topped with a gorgonzola cream sauce

Lemon Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with garlic, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, and spinach served over mashed potatoes in a lemon white wine pan sauce

Mahi Mahi Santa Fe
Crispy tortilla breaded mahi mahi filet pan seared with black beans, corn, scallions, tomatoes and onions served over rice and finished with a cool avocado ranch sauce

Asiago Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with panko asiago crust, served with roasted red pepper coulis, mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach with garlic

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
