Dinner Features for Saturday September 7th


Scallops Barbeque Marinara
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with peppers and onions tossed in a barbeque marinara sauce, served over pasta     

Lemon Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with Bzucchini and mushrooms in a lemon white wine sauce, served over pasta 
 
Cajun Beef Medallions
Twin 3 oz. beef sirloin medallions char grilled to order and topped with a Cajun cream sauce, served over wild rice    
 
Pan Seared Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak pan seared to order and topped with a tomato artichoke feta cheese salsa and served with a side of Dijon potato salad  
 
Herb Crust Salmon Florentine
Fresh herb crusted salmon filet pan seared with summer squash, carrots and asparagus in a garlic sherry wine sauce, presented over sautéed spinach

Grilled Chicken Salad
Marinated grilled chicken breast served over mixed greens with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and cheddar cheese served with your choice of dressing

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
