Dinner Features for Saturday September 21st


Lemon Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with fresh spinach and cherry tomatoes, served over pasta in a white wine lemon cream sauce

Shrimp Ala Vodka
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with artichokes and mushrooms, tossed with pasta in a homemade vodka cream sauce

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Beef stockyard sirloin char grilled to order and topped with a Malbec wine reduction, served with mashed potatoes and asparagus spears

Mediterranean Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak broiled in our Greek dressing with sautéed spinach, mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes served over wild rice and finished with feta cheese  

Autumn Grilled Salmon
Fresh grilled salmon filet resting on a bed of squash risotto with apples and walnuts

Harvest Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a pecan panko breading, topped with a pumpkin squash cream sauce and served with roasted potatoes, parsnips and carrots

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
