Dinner Features for Tuesday September 10th


Appetizer:
Asiago Asparagus
Fresh asparagus spears battered and breaded with asiago cheese and panko breadcrumbs, flash fried and topped with a blue cheese sauce and fresh tomatoes  

Entrees:
Lemon Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared and topped with a lemon citrus Greek yogurt, served with mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach

Rustic Scallops
Dry packed deep scallops pan seared with Italian sausage, peppers, onions and garlic in a marinara pan sauce tossed with pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Santa Fe Shrimp
Grilled black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with a black bean corn salsa and presented over rice pilaf, served with sour cream and homemade guacamole

Steak Salad
Beef sirloin medallions char grilled to order and presented over fresh greens tossed in balsamic vinaigrette with wedges of grilled tomato, red onions, mushrooms and blue cheese

Chicken Bella
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with fresh mozzarella and tomatoes, presented over creamy polenta and topped with fresh basil and balsamic

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
