Dinner Features for Friday September 27th


Shrimp Alfredo
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with mushrooms and tossed with a creamy alfredo sauce, finished with nutmeg and scallions     

Grilled Stuffed Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin stuffed with garlic, rosemary and fresh mozzarella cheese, char grilled to order, and presented with a tomato balsamic glaze and mashed potatoes

Seafood Scampi
Dry packed scallops, shrimp and swordfish sautéed with tomatoes and fresh basil in our scampi sauce, served with pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Pan Seared Swordfish
Fresh oatmeal pecan crusted swordfish filet pan seared with asparagus, roasted red peppers and fresh thyme, served with an apple gravy and risotto

Chicken Vegetali
Boneless chicken breast sautéed and served in a savory broth with roasted vegetables and rice pilaf

Chicken Bacon Macaroni and Cheese
Chicken, bacon and elbow macaroni baked in a cheese sauce and topped with an asiago cheese crust

Fish Fry
Breaded or beer battered haddock

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
