Dinner Features for Tuesday September 17th

Mediterranean Mahi Mahi
Fresh Mahi Mahi filet broiled in Greek dressing and served on a bed of wild rice with sautéed spinach, sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms, finished with feta cheese

Pesto Walnut Scallops
Dry packed deep scallops pan seared with pesto and mushrooms, tossed with pasta and walnut goat cheese  

Lemon Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with baby spinach, cherry tomatoes and fresh garlic in a lemon cream sauce, tossed with pasta  

Cowboy Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order and topped with a sweet and spicy barbeque sauce and crispy shallots, served with a twice baked potato 

Harvest Chicken
Boneless chicken breast rubbed with fresh rosemary and pan seared in a pumpkin butternut thyme sauce, served over mashed potatoes

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
