Dinner Features September 18


Entrees:
Tarragon-Sherry Mahi                                                    
Grilled Mahi filet with a tarragon-sherry cream sauce over an asparagus wild rice, topped with crispy shallots.

Sea Scallops a la Vodka                                
Sautéed sea scallops tossed in a housemade vodka sauce with mushrooms, artichokes and pasta, sprinkled with parmesan cheese.

Lemon Shrimp                                         
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with baby spinach, cherry tomatoes and fresh garlic in a lemon cream sauce, tossed with pasta.  

Autumn Beef Stockyard       
Grilled Beef stockyard sirloin steak served with apples and melted walnut-goat cheese, sautéed spinach and mashed potatoes. 

Harvest Chicken                
Pan-seared sage rubbed chicken breast with a pumpkin, butternut squash sauce and mashed potatoes.

Clam Chowder Gnocchi                                                                                                               
Clams, bacon, onion and potato gnocchi in a rich New England style sauce, topped with scallions.


Fresh Broiled Haddock                                   
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
