Dinner Features for Monday September 16th


Appetizer:
Spinach &Artichoke Dip
Artichoke hearts, spinach and parmesan cheese baked until creamy then topped with fresh tomatoes, served with toasted pita and celery sticks

Entrees:
Pumpkin Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared served with house made gnocchi in a pumpkin spiced cream sauce

Shrimp Salad
Black tiger jumbo shrimp char grilled served on a bed of field greens with walnut goat cheese, apples, and red onion served with a house made lemon vinaigrette  

Tarragon Stockyard Steak
Beef stockyard sirloin char grilled to order topped with wild mushroom tarragon cream sauce served with mashed potatoes and asparagus  

Mediterranean Mahi Mahi
Fresh Mahi Mahi filet broiled in greek dressing served on a bed of wild rice with sautéed spinach, sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms finished with feta cheese

Chicken Cacciatore
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with peppers, onions, capers, tomatoes in a basil marinara tossed with pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
