Dinner Features September 26


Entrees:
Sea Scallops Chèvre                                    
Sautéed sea scallops with tomatoes, fresh rosemary and mushrooms with mashed potatoes, a sherry pan sauce, topped with goat cheese.

Chicken & Shrimp Scampi                                         
Grilled skewered rosemary seasoned chicken breast and tiger jumbo shrimp, over rice with a scampi sauce and shredded asiago cheese.  

Kansas City Grilled Salmon                                                   
Grilled Salmon filet with a Kansas City dry rub served with wild rice and a sweet bbq glaze.

Shrimp Toscana                                                                                                                                    
Pan-seared Tiger Shrimp with fresh thyme, pepperoncini, roasted red peppers and olives, tossed with pasta and a beurre blanc.

Chicken Mac & Cheese Casserole                                                                                                   
Chicken breast, bacon, scallions and pasta baked with a pecan herb crust.

Steak Milano                                                     
Pan-seared twin 3oz beef medallions with fresh asparagus, onions and sun-dried tomatoes over pasta with a roasted garlic cream sauce.

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                       
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
