Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin grilled with blackening spices, finished with a house made steak sauce and served with garlic parmesan potatoes and broccoli hollandaise

Lemon Caper Chicken Cutlet
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a panko breading and tossed in lemon caper butter, served over mashed potatoes

Boneless lemon lime marinated chicken breast char grilled and presented over cumin scallion buttered mashed potatoes and layered with crisp corn rounds with fresh salsa and sour cream

Fresh salmon filet pan seared in a potato chip crust, finished with a French onion aioli and crispy onions, presented over scallion mashed potatoes
