Chicken & Biscuits
Southern fried chicken breast presented over Hodge podge mashed potatoes, finished with bacon sausage gravy and served with a house made cheddar biscuit

Char Grilled Stockyard

Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with A1® mushrooms and onions and a house made steak sauce, served with a vegetable medley and mashed potatoes with gravy  

Rasam Sambar Chicken
Turkish spice rubbed chicken tossed with onions, peppers, scallion, garlic and ginger in a sweet & spicy curry sauce, served over steamed white rice with toasted pita 

Apple Bacon Pork Filet
Twin bacon wrapped pork filets pan seared and presented over mashed potatoes in a pool of spiced apple au jus, served with apple ginger Cole slaw  

Shrimp & Crab with Rice
Jumbo shrimp and surimi crabmeat pan roasted in garlic butter, served over wilted spinach, tomatoes and bacon with creamy asiago rice   
 
Scallops Primavera
Pan seared deep sea scallops tossed with mushrooms, onions, peppers, broccoli and zucchini in a lemon white wine butter sauce over pasta 

Potato Crusted Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared in a ranch potato chip crust, finished with a chipotle sriracha mayonnaise and presented over wasabi mashed potatoes with asparagus

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
