Dinner Features May 25th, 2018



Grilled Stockyard             

Seasoned grilled Stockyard Sirloin with a loaded baked potato, asparagus and house made steak sauce



                       Chicken Bomb                  

Stuffed chicken with jalapenos and cream cheese then wrapped in bacon and bbq sauce over made from scratch potato salad



                       BBQ Mongolian Chicken       
Pan seared chicken tossed with mushrooms, onions, peppers, broccoli and scallions in a bbq soy sauce over white rice



Scallops & Crab                                   
Pan seared scallops with surimi crab served over gruyere macaroni and cheese and toasted garlic butter pita



Shrimp Gumbo        

Pan seared jumbo tiger shrimp tossed with onions, chorizo, peppers and a spicy sauce over rice



                       Potato Crusted Salmon 
Pan roasted potato chip crusted Akura Salmon over scallion mashed potatoes, asparagus and finished with a ranch aioli



                        Lemon Caper Walleye     

Pan seared fresh Walleye with mashed potatoes, asparagus and finished with a lemon butter caper sauce



                       Fresh Broiled Haddock   

            Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon                        pepper butter 



           Fish Fry                                        

Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
