Dinner Features May 29

Tandoori Chicken
Boneless spiced rubbed chicken breast pan seared in a curry sauce with stir fry vegetables and steamed white rice, served with toasted pita bread  

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with a house made steak sauce, garlic parmesan beer battered fries and grilled asparagus spears

Buffalo Chicken Plate
Tender southern fried chicken tossed in mild buffalo sauce and finished with a smoke house ranch drizzle, presented over macaroni salad and garlic parmesan home fries  

Bacon Asparagus Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with bacon, asparagus and onions in an asiago cream sauce, served over rice    

Shrimp & Clams
Pan seared jumbo shrimp & surf clams pan seared with onions and garlic in a white wine lemon butter sauce, served over pasta

Potato Crusted Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared in a potato chip crust, finished with a French onion aioli and served over mashed potatoes with asparagus spears

Crispy Walleye
Pan fried crispy walleye finished with a lemon remoulade, served over mashed potatoes with broccoli hollandaise  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
