Dinner Features May 5

Char Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to order, finished with chipotle mushrooms and crispy onions, served with garlic parmesan tempura potato wedges and cheddar broccoli    

Buffalo Chicken Meatballs 
Homemade chicken meatballs battered and fried, tossed in buffalo wing sauce and finished with a house made bleu cheese dressing and sprinkled with scallions, presented over cheddar macaroni and cheese

Chicken Bacon Barbeque Nachos
Grande plate of fresh nachos covered with chicken, bacon, jalapeƱos, onions, peppers and scallions finished with cheddar cheese sauce and a bourbon barbeque drizzle

Happy Garlic Shrimp & Crab Stir Fry  
Jumbo shrimp and surimi crabmeat stir fried in garlic butter with mushrooms, peppers and onions, served over pork fired rice  
 
Scalloped Scallops    
Deep sea scallops pan seared with ham, peas, onions and garlic in a light asiago cream sauce, served over pasta

Blackened Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with blackening spices, finished with a Cajun remoulade and battered jalapeƱos, presented over trinity mashed potatoes

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
