Montreal Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin grilled with Montréal seasonings, finished with caramelized onions and a sun-dried tomato herb butter, presented over mushroom marsala sauce and served with a twice baked potato  

Chicken Lambrusco
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with ham, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and fresh spinach in a garlic Lambrusco wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago

Bourbon Street Grilled Shrimp Skewer Salad
Sesame ginger orange marinated shrimp skewer char-grilled with jerk spices presented over mixed greens with walnuts, strawberries, dried cranberries, tomatoes, shredded coconut and onions, served with sesame ginger orange dressing

Scallops Angelina
Deep sea scallops broiled with garlic, tomatoes and Marsala wine topped with mozzarella cheese and served with a side of rice 

Shrimp Ala Romano
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, artichoke hearts, broccoli and olives in a garlic white wine sauce, tossed with pasta and finished with asiago cheese
 
Seafood Spring Medley
Salmon, surimi crabmeat and chopped clams sautéed with summer squash, zucchini, broccoli, tomatoes and fresh spinach in a lemon garlic fresh basil sherry wine sauce, served over pasta  

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared with an herb crust in lemon and white wine, topped with fresh pineapple salsa and presented over grilled vegetables with a side of rice 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
