Dinner Features May 30

Kung Pao Chicken 
Boneless black pepper floured chicken breast stir fried with mushrooms, broccoli, scallions, peppers and onions in teriyaki sauce, served over rice

Grilled Stockyard Steak 
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with a house made steak sauce, tabasco onions, mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy and asparagus spears

Lemon Scallops 
Deep sea scallops pan seared with broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms, zucchini, summer squash, garlic, peppers and served over pasta    

Shrimp & Crab Blanco Diablo 
Pan seared jumbo shrimp presented over blanco dialo macaroni and cheese with surimi crab, Cajun chorizo sausage, peppers and onions

Wasabi Cucumber Salmon 
Fresh spice rubbed salmon filet pan seared and served over bacon mashed potatoes with apple chow chow and wasabi cucumber aioli

Crispy Walleye
Pan fried crispy walleye finished with a lemon caper butter sauce, served over mashed potatoes with asparagus spears   

Chicken Bruschetta Sandwich             
Char grilled marinated chicken breast served on a garlic toasted brioche bun with mozzarella cheese and fresh bruschetta, paired with sweet potato fries

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
