Char Grilled Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with hickory and blackening spices, presented over wasabi mashed potatoes and finished with chipotle sriracha aioli and crispy tabasco onions

Rasam Masala Chicken
Spicy Turkish spice rubbed chicken tossed with mushrooms, onions, peppers and scallions served over steamed white rice with toasted pita

Southern Chicken Cutlet
Southern fried chicken cutlet presented over mashed potatoes, finished with a creole cream corn sauce with chorizo sausage, peppers and onions

Fresh salmon filet pan seared and finished with a lemon honey drizzle, presented over a roasted corn cobbler cake and served with tempura broccoli spears 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
