Park Ave Bistro Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with sautéed portobello mushrooms and onions, presented over garlic bread and served with a twice baked potato    

Short Ribs Jardinière
Seasoned and braised beef short ribs slow oven roasted with peas, carrots, celery, tomatoes and onions in burgundy gravy served over smashed potatoes

Chicken & Tomato Verde
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with tomatoes, fresh spinach, zucchini, broccoli and sun-dried tomatoes in a garlic sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese 

Jerk Grilled Shrimp Skewer Salad
A shrimp skewer char-grilled with jerk spices presented over mixed wild greens with apples, strawberries, oranges, vine ripe tomatoes, broccoli and onions, finished with aged goat cheese and served with your choice of dressing

Scallops Primavera
Deep sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms and mixed garden vegetables in a sherry wine sauce, tossed with ziti pasta 

Shrimp fra Diablo
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with jalapeños, green olives, tomatoes, onions, peppers and mushrooms in a spicy garlic white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta
 
Fresh Broiled Salmon Tropicale
Fresh salmon filet broiled and topped with fresh tropical citrus salsa salsa and presented over asparagus spears with a side of rice 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
