                         Hickory Grilled Stockyard Steak 
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin hickory spiced rubbed and char grilled to order, served with a house made steak sauce, broccoli hollandaise and cottage fries

Barbeque Chicken Bomb
Barbeque stuffed chicken with cream cheese, jalapeño peppers and pepper jack cheese wrapped in bacon and finished with barbeque sauce and smokehouse ranch, served over macaroni salad

Hunan Chicken
Boneless garlic crusted chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, broccoli, peppers and onions in an Asian brown sauce, served over rice  

Honey Herb Salmon  
Fresh salmon filet pan seared in an herb crust and finished with a lemon honey drizzle, presented over scallion mashed potatoes with asparagus spears

Scallops Primavera 
Deep sea scallops pan seared with mushrooms, broccoli, asparagus, zucchini, peppers and onions in a lemon white wine butter sauce, tossed with pasta 

Crab Creole Shrimp Macaroni and Cheese
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with blackening spices presented over creole macaroni and cheese, served with garlic butter toasted pita
 
Sriracha Turkey Burger 
A seasoned turkey burger char grilled to perfection, topped with melted pepper jack cheese, an avocado spread and sriracha, served with beer battered fries

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
