Dinner Features May 8

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin seasoned and grilled to perfection, finished with a Kansas City steak sauce and served with mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy and vegetable medley  

Chicken Chop Suey
Boneless black pepper garlic chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, asparagus, onions and bell peppers in an Asian brown sauce, served over rice

Loco Moco
Half pound Angus Reserve ground beef burger seasoned and grilled to perfection, presented over ham & onion fried rice, smothered with a rich brown gravy and finished with two over easy eggs

Shrimp Cocktail Scampi
Jumbo shrimp poached and chilled, tossed in spicy cocktail sauce and presented over garlic parmesan fettucine    
 
Scallops Primavera
Deep sea scallops pan seared with asparagus, shiitake mushrooms, red onions, green and red bell peppers in a lemon white wine butter sauce over pasta 

Fresh blue marlin pan seared with blackening spices, finished with a lemon Cajun aioli and presented over risotto style potatoes and kettle chips  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
