Dinner Features May 13th, 2018


Crab Filet                                                                               

8oz grilled beef filet over mashed potatoes, broccoli hollandaise and finished with a surimi crab hollandaise and topped with crispy onions



Lemon Caper Chicken Cutlet                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

Tender breaded chicken breast over mashed potatoes and asparagus with a lemon caper butter sauce


                        Hunan Chicken                                             

Pan seared garlic chicken tossed with mushrooms, onions, peppers and broccoli in a teriyaki sauce over pork fried rice



Spiced Pork Filet                                                  

Pan seared pork filet over onion mashed, apple au jus and candied apple straws



Shrimp Gumbo                                                      

Pan seared jumbo tiger shrimp tossed with garlic, onions, chorizo, peppers and a spicy hearty tomato sauce over rice



 


Pan seared deep sea scallops tossed with bacon, onions and asparagus in an asiago cheese cream sauce over rice 



Blackened Salmon                                         

Pan seared blackened salmon over leek mashed potatoes, asparagus and smoky chipotle mayo and kettle chips

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
